Just
the perfect size to fit in your hand to motion to your children or significant other to
behave. Each wooden spoon is made from Beach wood and measures 14 inches
in length. Although not pictured, but each koutala will have a hold
drilled towards the top of the handle so they can be hung on the wall.
Three
popular Greek phrases are engraved into each spoon. The most popular is
"Tha fas ksulo" which literally means 'you are going to eat wood',
second "Tha se vraso", (perhaps a left over from the Turkish-Greco war)
"I'm going to boil you" and third "Kali Oresxi" that means "Good
Appetite".
Koutala's will be sold as singles or by the whole group. |
